Course Description

The Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Professional (CADRP) Program is a professional development course designed to equip executives, policymakers, legal practitioners, corporate leaders, HR professionals, and NGO leaders with the essential skills for resolving disputes effectively. ADR mechanisms such as mediation, arbitration, and negotiation are increasingly critical for resolving disputes efficiently outside of traditional court litigation. Given the increasing complexity of commercial transactions, workplace conflicts, governance issues, and cross-border disputes, the demand for ADR expertise continues to grow. This program provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to serve as effective mediators, arbitrators, and negotiators in their respective fields.

The CADRP Program takes a practical and interactive approach, incorporating real-world case studies, simulations, and role-playing exercises to deepen participants’ understanding of ADR techniques. It also examines how ADR can be leveraged to enhance institutional effectiveness, promote social cohesion, and reduce the financial and reputational costs associated with prolonged disputes. The curriculum is structured to ensure that participants gain exposure to both national and international ADR frameworks, providing a well-rounded perspective on dispute resolution methodologies.

Whether participants aim to advance their careers in law, business, governance, or human resource management, this certification equips them with versatile skills applicable across multiple sectors. By the end of the program, attendees will be able to integrate ADR principles into their professional practice, contribute to dispute resolution processes in their organizations, and foster a culture of collaboration and fairness.
