It brings together persons from diverse inter-border backgrounds, from both the Northern and Southern global divides, in order to make real, the promises of globalization. We offer professional human rights and humanitarian related internships in the United States and other parts of the world. Our courses are designed to widen the horizon and advance careers of global public interest leaders and managers by helping them identify their individual leadership styles, engage productively with conflicts and differences and develop the mindset and practices that support effective leadership.
